Open positions

We are an innovative, bilingual Kindergarten in Munich-Altperlach connected to an elementary and grammar school with after-school Hort care and are looking for educators, trainees and/or child carers!

Due to the connection to the primary school, the grammar school and the after-school Hort, there are many opportunities for cooperation in the educational field and a very varied field of work.

We work according to a partially open concept in which the Kindergarten carers offer courses according to their passions (artists' workshop, children's yoga, cooking etc.) or according to the children's development (e.g. Maths and German workshop in pre-school) and the children contribute their wishes in children's conferences. The team is young, committed and is looking forward to motivated colleagues to develop our innovative pedagogical concept even further.

What we offer:

  • Collaboration in a young and motivated team
  • A varied range of tasks due to the interaction between elementary school, grammar school, Hort, and Kindergarten
  • Fixed preparation time built into daily planning
  • Payment according to TVöD
  • 35 vacation days per year
  • Free snack and meals, freshly prepared and organic
  • Additional private pension scheme
  • Various corporate benefits such as membership in Urban Sports Club, JobRad, etc.
