We are an innovative, bilingual Kindergarten connected to an elementary school and Hort and are looking for educators or trainees!

Due to the connection to the elementary school and the Hort, there are many possibilities for cooperation in both education and activities.

We work according to a partially open concept in which the educators offer courses according to their passions (street dance, cooking, comic drawing, etc.) or according to the children's development (Maths and German workshop, Spanish for beginners). Children contribute their wishes in children's conferences. Group educators or Coaches are confidants and contact people for a certain number of children, so responsibility and contact with parents lies with him or her. Our team is young, committed and looking forward to motivated colleagues to develop our innovative pedagogical approach even further!

Job description and requirements:

• A high level of motivation and enjoyment in dealing with children
• Degree as a state-certified educator (m/f/d) with expertise in early childhood education
• Creativity, initiative and a feel for individual talents
• Communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and openness to evaluation processes
• Familiarity with Anglophone or German culture and language
• Openness to current societal, social and cultural trends
• Interest in long-term collaboration
• Enthusiasm and commitment to exemplify the values and culture of Jules Vernes Campus and to actively implement and develop these locally
• German C2 or mother tongue level with English knowledge (at least B2 according to CEFR) OR
